Shot of Inspiration | Week Six: Bloom
My assignment this week was “bloom” and we had another birthday this week too, so lots of photos to share in this post! The first shot is most definitely my shot of inspiration. I took my daughter out for a photo shoot to celebrate turning 4 years old (and her new haircut!) and she ran straight to the flowers to start picking them. The others are just some of my favorites from the short but super sweet shoot. She’s so good to me 
And, because I can’t help myself, here are a few of her first official (not one she gave herself!) haircut

Shot of Inspiration | Week Three: Sweet
Here is my week three assignment for the Shot of Inspiration project I am participating in. The theme for this week is “Sweet”. I love seeing everyone’s gorgeous images for each assignment and I’m sure you will too, so don’t forget to click on through at the bottom of this post to see some inspiration from all of these fabulously talented photograhers.
My two oldest, these moments of spontaneous sweetness between them are not easily captured on camera. I was just taking a quick snap of my boy sitting on the couch when my Evie jumped up there and wrapped her arms around him. She’s not a big hugger, but he is…hence the big grin on his face.
