I just wanted to share some sweet photos from my little girl’s 5 month session. The shoot wasn’t planned, but she was taking a good nap and the light was gorgeous, so we ended up with some super sweet sleepy shots. Her big sister wanted to get in one of the shots and she fell asleep too!

Audrey and I just took a little vacation to Newport Beach to visit my sweet friend Melissa. Melissa and I “met” online when we were both expecting our daughters, Evie and Olivia, and our friendship has blossomed over the years. When we met we were both just starting out with our photography and she was a true inspiration for me to learn more about photography and to take more photos of my babies. She has one of the sweetest hearts and is one very talented lady when it comes to her photos. I had such a fantastic time with her family this past weekend!  We couldn’t resist photographing each other’s kiddos in the gorgeous light in my hotel room; so here are a few of the images I got of her utterly adorable sweeties, Lucas and Olivia.

I had the pleasure of photographing this gorgeous family recently. This mama holds a special place in my heart; she cared for my Evie when I returned to work when she was 3 months old. Evie adores her so much and so does our whole family. And, isn’t her boy just the cutest little man? He was super sweet too. My sweet baby girl is four months old already (so I’m a few days late)! Here are some of my favorites. She has some serious chub and some big beautiful eyes. Love her to pieces!

My nephews recently made the trek from Virginia to Texas to visit us and we had a blast! It always warms my heart to see my kids playing with their cousins. Family is such a magical thing; they were instant friends. Joey is the sweetest little boy and gives the best hugs! And, there is never a dull moment with Danny, his laugh fills the whole house and you can’t help but laugh with him!  We miss you boys here in Texas. Love you both so much and thanks for letting me get some sweet photos while you were here. See you for New Year’s!

This is my sweet Audrey. She is my youngest of three and I have begged her to stop growing so I can keep her little forever. She doesn’t listen to me. She is good to me for pictures, though. Not many 3 month old babies will let you do this. I spent about 2 minutes setting this photo up. She was perfect.

What better way to break in the new blog than with these gorgeous kiddos? I had such a fun time with this session.
